MISSION FOR less fortunate TEEN AGES education
This is to help youths in fields where conventional scholarships and grants are limited or nonexistent. The beneficiaries of this fund are Teens who cant afford to attend universities. This fund helps deserving young grils and boys with financial support to obtain G.E.D. certificates, or to attend vocational schools and other alternative continuing education programmes not normally included by grants and scholarships. These youths may have talents in fields that are creative, not academic . These youths will no longer be ignored! We will help these young people,We will also mentor these young people. We will help them get jobs with their skilles after the training program They can call on us for any and every need they have during this year, and we will do our best to help them, or steer them toward someone who can help them. These funds are awarded to young people between the ages of 16-21 based on financial need, motivation, and courage, not grades. Young people can attend any school or program that they choose, be it academic or vocational. These young people cannot get financial help from any other source, and they deserve help! We also mentor these young people, and give them help in many other areas includeing getting a job after the training is finished with us. Our Vision * To promote Youth’ dignity and choice. * To enable the youth to enjoy the maximum independence possible. * To strive to develop, maintain and evaluate our systems and structures. Our Goals * To provide love and care to the youth s irrespective of background, race, status, sex, age, religion, disability, belief or contribution to society. * To provide rehabilitation to youth with the aim of maximizing their remaining functional and cognitive ability and returning them to their community and love ones, if possible. * To provide seamless community care support services and skilled training for the youth and our rehabilitated youth to enable them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. * To improve care standards through research, training and education, monitoring and review of outcomes. Code of Ethics * To preserve the dignity, self-respect and individuality of every Youth. * To provide quality of excellence in care, environment, food, furnishings and activities. * To respect each person's right to privacy in room, bath and personal possessions. * To encourage each youth to do as much as possible for himself/herself as long as each is able. * To help each youth adjust to physical intellectual and emotional limitations and still find satisfaction in daily living. * To make welcome at all times each youth s family and friends and encourage to be part of the traing programs benefit to them * support and comfort at all times and to preserve the right to die with dignity, with courage and in peace. * Your donations would be so very much appreciated. |
